About Me
My name is Tatiana. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I bring fifteen years of experience as a registered nurse in women’s health. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of caring for women and families across Specialized Womens Mental Health Care Services, including labor and delivery, mother/baby and gynecology.
Â
While supporting my patients through some of life’s most profound and vulnerable moments, I began to notice the lack of meaningful mental health support for women during these critical transitions. Occasionally, women I have cared for would share their emotional struggles, particularly during the perinatal period, yet often had limited access to specialized mental health care.
Â
These experiences inspired the creation of IDA Women’s Mental Health, where we prioritize insight, dignity and agency.
Â
I am deeply committed to providing a safe, supportive space where women feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth, helping you reclaim confidence and take ownership of your overall mental well-being.

FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
No. We are currently out of network (self pay). This allows more personalization and flexibility in the care provided while offering a combination of holistic support and medication management when needed. We accept HSA and FSA as well as all major credit & debit cards for payment.
Can you provide a superbill for insurance reimbursment?
Yes. This can be done upon request. Perinatal mental wellness plan is exempt from this. It is a self-pay service only.
Do I need a referral?
No, you can book directly with us. However, if needed I may collaborate with other providers such as your primary care, OBGYN or midwife if necessary with your permission.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer secure, confidential online appointments for clients who prefer the comfort and flexibility of meeting from home. I also offer in person visits in Georgia with limited availibility on Thursdays & Fridays.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?
No, at this time, we do not prescribe controlled substances. That would include stimulants (adderall, ritalin etc.) and benzodiazepines (xanax, klonopin, ativan etc.)
